Our Forging Process
Our forging furnaces are certified to the highest technical specifications and standards, catering to diverse industries such as electronics, automotive, healthcare, and more. - Depending on complexity and weight, we deploy one of our three hydraulic presses with capacities ranging from 600 to 2,500 tons. Tooling adjustments are tailored to material temperature and component design.
- High-load components like suspension parts are crafted with our high-tonnage machines, while intricate shapes may require all three.
- Steel or aluminum ingots, heated to 400-500°C, are molded in hydraulic presses to the desired shape.
- After cooling, rigorous safety tests ensure the component meets stringent dimensional, environmental, and performance standards.
